Project Description: The project required to be carried out in a phased manner. The initial phase to be undertaken involved alterations and re-modelling of a vacant existing building to provide new nursery accommodation to allow relocation of the existing nursery located in a nearby school. The construction involved both structural and non-structural alterations to the existing building, the construction of a new extension and associated external works and drainage. On completion of the initial phase, the second phase of work involved alterations to the existing nursery accommodation within the nearby primary school to be converted to classroom accommodation for use by the school.

Project Description: The construction comprised of internal alterations and refurbishment of an existing school facility to create a new hub for learning support staff and their pupils. Access and egress to the existing school facility was required to be maintained during the course of the project

Project Description: Refurbishment of an existing Lecture Theatre including minor builders work, new M&E installations, replacement of floor wall and ceiling finishing’s and new decoration works.  The works were carried out during the summer break with a requirement to be complete in time to have audio visual installations fitted by specialists prior to the commencement of the autumn semester

Laboratory alterations for Biological and Environmental Sciences
