Project Description:  Re-roughcasting and re-roofing, redecoration works and asbestos removal to 26 terraced houses. There were no detailed design drawings available for this project and the Bills of Quantities were prepared following a detailed site measurement and close liaison with technical representatives of the specified materials together with a detailed NBS specification.

Window Replacement to 44 Units, Alloa

Project Description:  Window replacement to 44 units and included sundry render repairs and minor joinery works internally.  Replacement windows were of timber construction and were a long lead item which had to be taken into account in the programming of the project.  The houses remain in occupation during the works with all properties being left wind and watertight at the end of each working day

Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Replacements, Cumbernauld

Value: £1,300,000.00

Project Description:  Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Replacements to various properties in Cumbernauld.  341 nr existing properties comprising of 304 nr bathroom replacements, 68 nr heating replacements and 53 nr kitchen replacements.
The project was negotiated with the framework contractor.
The project also included gas infrastructure works to allow the replacement of electric heating with gas fired boilers.
